The Copyright Law Fair Use exemption does permit scanning of portions of books for scholarship, research, criticism, comment, parody and transformative use. Therefore,
a. --Selected hardcopy book chapters/sections can be scanned and delivered electronically to current TMU students and faculty upon request.
b. --Please only request materials where a print copy is available from the Powell library.
c. --Please limit your request to only those portions that are needed for full participation in your courses.
d. --Use this Book Scanning Request Form above to place your order.
